Whether you require graffiti removal or would simply like to breathe a new lease of life into your property, our experienced team of restoration specialists are able to efficiently clean, preserve and restore substrates ranging from brick to render to their former glory.
Indeed, that is why we were delighted to have been called in to help save the day when our client, a leading construction company, painted the numbers of car parking spaces incorrectly onto the newly laid coating of a car park.
Efficiently restoring substrates, ranging from brick to render, to their former glory.
Our team of experts brought their highly specialist DOFF cleaning system, as well as a self-contained vehicle with a 1,000-litre water tank.
This paint removal project was both challenging and incredibly satisfying. After discovering us online, the client urgently got in touch with us to ask if we could remove the paint within a couple of days. However, they had no water source and had just laid a new coating on the brickwork that needed to remain intact.
To add to the challenge, there was also a large amount of distance from where it was possible to install our machines and where we needed to work to remove the paint.
Thankfully, our team of expert paint removers were able to utilise their special training in how to use the state-of-the-art DOFF Integra cleaning steam system to successfully remove the paint from the brickwork and return the stone to its optimum health – without even the smallest blemish.
Our machines are able to heat steam to 150 degrees Celsius.
With no time to spare, our highly experienced team of paint removal experts had to think quickly to ensure this project was completed on time and to our incredibly high standards.
With a freshly laid surface that needed to remain intact, no water source, limited accessibility to the site and only two days to complete the project, the odds were stacked against us – to say the least.
However, our team of operatives were able to quickly and efficiently problem solve and begin working on the project within a day. Not only did they bring their own water source – a self-contained vehicle with a 1,000-litre tank of water – but they used their professional training from Stone Health on using their the state-of-the-art DOFF steam cleaning system to remove the paint with ease. By using extremely heated steam instead of pressure, up to 1700 degrees Celsius, our industrial DOFF machine was also able to remove the paint without causing any damage the car park!
