We aim to find a cost effective solution to any cleaning task, without compromising the quality of our work. All work is complete to the highest of standards and on the completion of any job we will seek a signed satisfaction certificate from the client indicating that they are happy with the work carried out.
Satisfaction certificates give our clients the opportunity to express any concerns and to make comments regarding our work on the completion of any cleaning task. We take this very seriously and strive to go beyond what our customers expectations are of us.
Our management team also carry out regular, independent quality spot checks to be certain that we continue to maintain the highest standards of window cleaning within the industry.
Spectrum Window Cleaning comprises a safe working environment at all times. Ensuring there is always a level 3 IRATA qualified Absieler on site when undertaking any abseiling work. Our window cleaners have also undergone health and safety courses; completed City and Guilds level 2 window cleaning course as well as obtaining CSCS cards.
We are well aware of our legal obligations and regard safety as the most important, factor within our business. Before any contract or cleaning task commences, full and comprehensive risk and method assessments are carried out and submitted to the client.

Spectrum is committed to providing a service that consistently meets customers and applicable regulatory and statutory requirements. We are a London based specialist building contractor offering specialist expertise in access and external building maintenance and construction. Our background in rope access abseiling allows us to help our clients find cost effective and safe solutions and support in the most challenging of environments. With a vast amount of experience and projects under our belt we offer a full spectrum of building maintenance services that require the expert know how to complete.
The Quality Management System is consistent with ISO 9001:2015 and its purpose is to ensure that a focus on the Company’s objectives for continual improvement and commitment to Quality is maintained at all times. Therefore, satisfying the needs and expectations of its customers, which are at the core of Company’s operational goals.
Company personnel have a responsibility to always ensure that the customer receives a quality service, and that they demonstrate a high level of competence. The Company’s services and systems are designed, engineered and managed to meet the customers’ requirements by the simplest and most cost effective means possible.
The Company is committed to a training policy that ensures all personnel have the necessary competence and training to perform their duties. The Quality Policy is understood by and communicated to all staff within the Company. It is the responsibility of Senior Management to investigate any quality problems and ensure that preventive action and/or corrective action is implemented as soon as possible. Senior Management shall also ensure customer requirements are determined and met, therefore enhancing customer satisfaction.
To achieve the above the Company’s Quality System and Quality Objectives are reviewed at regular intervals for continuing suitability, to ensure it is meeting the customer’s needs.
