We saved this client at least £20k in scaffolding cost, plus reducing the carbon footprint with fewer vehicles and deliveries needed during the works.
Rendered facades are becoming increasingly popular due to several reasons:
However, over time (due to weathering and pollution) your rendered exterior may start to appear dirty and less impressive.
If that sounds familiar to you, then you’ve landed in the right place.
Our render cleaning experts operate nationwide and can completely transform your rendered property back to its former glory.
In this render cleaning project, our team restored and successfully renewed the face of this high rise rendered building, completely by rope.
A grey front to the render paired with natural built-up dirt and grime started to take a toll on the reputation of this client’s property.
However, this wasn’t a challenge for our specialists as we reverted the damage seamlessly with the use of the DOFF and TORC machines.
Over twenty years of combined experience with render cleaning, and a further thirty years of IRATA rope access trained experience were put to good use, ensuring this project was completed safely and to the best standards possible.
We worked closely with the residents to gain access to private terraces and ensure minimal disturbance to the residents day-today. The constant communication and collaboration with the Building Management Team made this possible and stress-free for everybody.
As mentioned earlier, we were able to reach and clean every corner of this high-rise rendered facade all via rope, but why exactly do we choose this access solution?
Well, here are the reasons:
In fact, we saved this client at least £20k on this project, all down to access solutions alone.
Rope and hose management whilst working at height could have been a challenge, but with our vast knowledge and experience, pe-rigged systems were installed to allow the Rope Access Technician to manage the system from roof or ground level, as well as whilst in suspension.
This is a system which we have used on previous projects and will continue to adopt. It is perfect for larger towers where the weights of ropes/hoses need to be taken into consideration during the planning stages.
The innovation of Spectrum’s team whilst on site really made this project stand out as a real success – the works were subsequently quoted and awarded.
