A multi-level property in Holburn was suffering from severe and untraceable water damage affecting its lower floors, posing a challenge to five previous contractors. Our rope-access team, skilled in high-access and emergency repairs, identified and solved the leak originating from a poorly maintained flat roof, where water had accumulated due to blocked drainage.
