We use Spectrum to clean our windows on a monthly basis. I would recommend this company 100%. We have had quite a few of there window cleaners turn up to do the job and i can honestly say they ALL do a fantastic job. There prices are very competitive and they are very friendly and helpful every time I speak with them. I cannot recommend them enough, you will not be disappointed.

I have worked with Spectrum now for over two years, the professionalism they have shown when attending jobs and there thoroughness is exceptional.

Spectrum recently undertook some roofing repairs to a block of flats, which included cleaning gutters, replacing slipped slates, masonry repairs and mending guttering. Although it was a small job focusing on a narrow range of skills, they were very professional and workmanlike, worked efficiently so complete the job in 3 days, had excellent communication and charged a competitive rate. Changes in scope, start date and costs were all negotiated sensibly, and after completion issued with a report showing detailed photos of the repairs, most of which were not visible from ground level. This is helpful to document the condition they left the site in, and is also helpful survey information for planning future phases. Would happily use Elijah and his team again.

A great company comprising a great team led by a great guy.

I’ve worked with Spectrum for approaching 10 years now. They have undertaken roof cleans, render/cladding steam cleans, TORC and DOFF cleans, gutter and drainage clearances, glazing/window/door/balcony/decking/patio cleans. We have also had them undertake concrete repairs and restoration of stone work on conservation and listed properties. We undertake a cyclical redecoration programme for a large social housing client and have used Spectrum on multiple jobs every year on this contract to support the delivery. Lucian is extremely knowledgeable in his field and his expertise has been leant on by ourselves as the main contractor and our client to find the best and most economical solutions to getting jobs done. Spectrum have used abseiling, MEWPs (cherry pickers) as well as working from ground up to 6-7 stories in order to access often very hard to reach areas saving thousands on scaffold costs. One particular job that comes to mind was a block that hung over a canal, where Spectrum then abseiled to overcome the need for scaffolding. Lucians communication is excellent and full job reports are provided on all projects to evident the work completed along with before/during/completion photos. He’s operatives are tidy, extremely polite and helpful, while also being very aware of the environments they are working in, to ensure we receive excellent levels of resident satisfaction as part of our KPI collections. They work closely with our site management teams to programme access into all areas of buildings, liaising with tenants and RLOs to ensure they are flexible around the needs of the customers. I would not hesitate to use Spectrum again and in fact they will continue to be used moving forward. Many of the blocks we work on are paying leasehold customers so the level of expectation on service and quality is extremely high and we’ve often had glowing reports on the outcomes that can be produced by his patented cleaning methods which achieve finishes that you’d only expect from painting.

Spectrum have provided us with roof repair and rope access services. A pleasure to work with. Very responsive over the phone and over email. We will recommend and use their services again in future.

Great company, we had a leak on one facade a facade of an 18m + building in Hackney and from the point of contact with Spectrum it was a positive experience. The team came this week and couldn’t have been more helpful and did everything within their power to help identify and hopefully resolve the issue they had everything on the van to resolve the problem we identified.
