Social Value
Caring for the buildings that care for our communities. From time to time we give our work freely — to the schools, care homes, hospitals and charities that hold a neighbourhood together.
Some buildings hold a neighbourhood together. Every so often, we look after them for free.
For us, delivering social value is not a box to tick. It is the same care we bring to every facade — our own crews, our own low-impact methods, our own standards — given to the places that need it most and can least afford it.

01
People, not just hands
We train our own specialists from the ground up. Every operative earns their IRATA rope-access qualifications with us — a craft and a career, kept local.
-
02
Lighter on the planet
Our patented DOFF and TORC systems clean with heat and water rather than chemicals, and reaching height without scaffolding cuts waste, traffic and disruption.

03
Places that serve people
We give our time to the buildings communities depend on — schools, care homes, hospitals and the spaces that hold a place together.
